REIKI COURSES

Reiki training takes you gently, step by step, through a profound process of learning and fulfillment. This starts with an enjoyable, one to one individual session with Christine. Once you feel comfortable about taking the next step you can then choose to have a temporary Heart Attunement, which means you can go away and 'play' with the healing energies for a preliminary period of 3-4 weeks. This allows you to decide, in an informed way, whether proceeding to further levels of formal Reiki training, is the right choice for you. Following the preliminary session, formal training involves three levels, each involving a 2-day course plus a follow-on halfday workshop. In between each level, students keep a Learning Journal charting their experiences and insights. These experiences are shared at the follow on half day sessions which complete each stage. Before each course, students undertake a period of detoxification to enable a smooth transition during which the student can integrate the higher energies into their own energy system.

Level One

* Summarises the History of Reiki,
* Explains the importance of the Reiki Laws,
* Provides basic information about the Subtle Energies Systems,
* Introduces the ideas of grounding and personal protection,
* Shows the basic hand positions for giving Reiki,
* Gives you all the Attunements needed to give and receive Reiki to yourself & friends.

Level Two

The minimum gap between completing Reiki Level 1, and going on to Level 2, is 3 months. The Level 2 course:
* Introduces some of the underlying causes of illness,
* Goes into greater detail about the various Subtle Energies Systems,
* Introduces basic Reiki Symbols,
* Enhances and strengthens the Reiki energy that you can give to people,
* Explains how to use distance healing to send Reiki healing energy through time and space,
* Gives you all the Attunements needed to become a practitioner.

Master Teacher Level

The minimum gap between completing Reiki Level-Two and Master Teacher level is 2 years. Completing this level 3 course does not, in itself, make you a Master Teacher immediately, but it does give you the potential to achieve this goal. Becoming a Master Teacher involves more than just completing a course; it is about a way of life. The course includes:

* Discussion on the Ethics of the Master Teacher; meanings and responsibilities,
* Further exploration of the subtle energy realms,
* Understanding Aura work,
* Introducing Spiritual Helpers.
* Giving you all the Attunements that you need to develop in order to become a Master Teacher,
* Providing you with knowledge of how to give Attunements to students at level 1 and 2.

Support

Reiki/Seichem Shares are run, four times a year, and each one is given a particular focus to aid our learning. These also provide an opportunity to share experiences and swap treatments.
